The electronic edge guide moves automatically to the specified seam distance according to the work process. No more change-over-times.

The electronic edge guide moves automatically to the specified seam distance according to the work process. In addition, the height of the edge guide is programmable, so the carrier material is guided below the edge guide. No more change-over-times.

The electronic programmable intermitted puller transport guarantees an essential improvement of the material transport and thereby an improved stitch and seam quality. Start & Stop of the puller transport is programmable, as well as a differential transport. The puller transport adjusts automatically to a changed stitch length. The puller wheels are available in 25 mm (16 mm width) or 45 mm (26 mm width) diameter.

To maximize the safety of work, an eye-guard is protecting the operator. A sensor recognizes the end position of the eye-guard in front of the needle. If the eye guard is not in the end position a sensor blocks the machine.

To optimize the safety of process, the operator works with a hand scanner to read the barcode corresponding to the work process, in order to make sure to always work with the correct machine settings like needle thread tension, stitch length, top feed stroke, bartack stitches, presser foot pressure, sewing speed, etc. The operator has no more influence to machine settings.
